五、加速启动安全生产信息化平台

廹FONT face="Times New Roman">讽/FONT>、FONT face="Times New Roman">?FONT face="Times New Roman">寅/FONT>围绕市领导提出的建立安全生产监管“技控网”的要求，全面启动安全生产信息化
干FONT face="Times New Roman">?FONT face="Times New Roman">顸FONT face="Times New Roman">?/FONT>建设。一是要抓紧项目论证，尽快争取资金，早日实现用信息化推动监管工作专业化，逐步实现规范化。二是在去年危险化学品重大危险源普查的基础上，继续采用信息化管理手段开展危险化学品使用企业普查，进一步完善危险化学品重大危险源企业数据库，实现数据共享；三是要加快危险化学品管理信息系统和应急救援系统建设的有关准备工作，二季度要建成危险化学品重大危险源监管的大系统，逐步实现危险化学品重大危险源的信息化管理，为应急救援提供决策依据；
