Changzhou Youth Affairs Service Center last week entered into trial operation, providing free services for young people in five categories, i.e. career guidance, expertise training, psychological counseling, behavior modification, and quality development. It is learned that such service center is the first one in the Jiangsu province. Currently, the service center has stationed 15 social organizations. It will actively explore to create a multi-level working team based on full-time volunteers, volunteer supervisors, assistant volunteers and other social volunteers, so as to form a team of youth affairs volunteers mainly composed of full-time or part-time volunteers, and supplemented by college students, counselors, lawyers, caring entrepreneurs and volunteers from the sector of public security, procuracy and court.
