The Changzhou - Beijing flight (Airbus A320) of China Eastern Airlines arrived at Changzhou Airport on March 1, and will depart to Beijing at 7:35 a.m. once per day starting from March 2, arriving at 9:35 a.m. in Beijing. It will return from Beijing at 22:10 p.m., arriving at 0:10 a.m. in Changzhou.

It is learned that China Eastern Airlines Jiangsu Limited set up its overnight parking base at Changzhou Airport in May 2012, and its previous three aircraft parking overnight are also Airbus A320, which effectively alleviated the shortage of Changzhou Airport’s capacity and enriched the flights schedule of the Airport.

‘The throughput of Changzhou Airport has exceeded 100 million and 150 million within two years, of which the overnight aircraft contributed a lot, and the current four overnight aircraft fly to 10 cities including Shenzhen, Chengdu, Chongqing, Xi'an, Lanzhou, Yinchuan, Beijing, Xiamen, Guilin, Zhangjiajie, etc., each bringing more than 20 million of annual passenger throughput," said Chen Yong, general manager of Changzhou Airport Business Development Co., Ltd.
