Recently, it was informed that Changzhou’s digital city management project has claimed the 2014 China Habitat Environment Award. Currently, the city's digital management system has covered five districts, 12 departments and 10 industrial key enterprises. The supervised area has expanded from the original 153 square kilometers to 326 square kilometers. There is a total of 13 long-term assessment indicators with 63 evaluation criteria in 13 categories, covering the city's 398 primary and secondary roads, 151 lanes and alleys, and 2,283 networks. At present, there is a total of 54 projects with this award in China, five of which are located in Jiangsu.
