On the afternoon of March 30, vice mayor Han Jiuyun met with Kim Hwa-ja, Chairman of Daegu Metropolitan Council Republic of Korea, and LEE KANG KUK, deputy consul of Korea Consulate in Shanghai.
　　Kim Hwa-ja and LEE KANG KUK participated in the East China Joint Meeting of China and Korea Chamber of Commerce in the first quarter of 2012. Nineteen chairmen of Korea Chamber of Commerce and enterprise representatives from Shanghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Suzhou and other east China areas attended the meeting.
　　Han Jiuyun introduced the investment information of Korean enterprises in Changzhou. He expected to create a mutually beneficial and win-win situation between Changzhou and Daegu.
　　As the head of delegation, Kim Hwa-ja hopes that Daegu and Changzhou could strengthen the cooperation in trade, tourism, education and other fields, as well as further promote the bilateral trade and economic cooperation.
