| The new version of Changzhou Property Management Measures stipulates that all the administrative departments (including public security, construction, health, planning, landscaping, urban management, civil defense, industry & commerce, quality control, etc.) shall improve the supervision and management of public order, public security, fire control, environmental health, housing use, parking garage, green landscaping, special equipment and so on in property management areas; the violations complaints registration system should be established, and the contact information, law enforcement conditions and monitoring telephone shall be prominently published in property management area; and any violations in the property management areas shall be treated according to the law. Owners can complain to the contacts of relevant departments according to the information publicized in their residential area.
