On April 4th, journalists learnt from Changzhou Urban Management Sector that the city��s 653 dump trucks currently in operation will be installed with sealing devices for truck container and GPS positioning devices.
　　At the same time, Changzhou will add more video surveillance spots, so as to enhance the supervision over key roads in rush hours via the video surveillance probes of the command center of Traffic and Patrol Police Authority. A trial installation of LED dome light for dump trucks will also be implemented, so that the public can easier identify dump trucks and their license plate numbers, which provides first-hand evidence of any traffic violation.
