In order to promote the cooperation with Taiwan,a Changzhou Trade Delegation headed by Mayor Fei Gaoyun visited Taiwan for economic and trade cooperation.

The delegation visited LiteOn Group. As a leader in optical components, LiteOn Group started investment in Changzhou in 2008 and now it has initiated the second phase of the project. Currently, the total investment has reached more than one billion U.S.dollars.

Changzhou is focusing on developing the �?0 Major Industrial Chains�? of which the LiteOn Group plays a key role in new lighting source. Meanwhile, LiteOn Group has placed its smart lighting and medical diagnostic equipment R&D projects in Changzhou. Fei stated that the governments of Changzhou will fully support its projects in Changzhou and will offer assistance in training highly skilled personnel.
