On October 26^th, it was learned from the Municipal Bureau of Statistics that in the first three quarters of 2015, Changzhou's above-scale service industry achieved operating income of 50.54 billion yuan, an increase of 10.6% year-on-year, and operating profit of 5.25 billion yuan, up 11.1 %.

Leasing and business services increased in both quantity and quality. From January to September, the city's above-scale leasing and business service enterprises reached operating income of 13.8 billion yuan, an increase of 16.8%, and operating profit of 1.72 billion yuan, up 8.6%.

Information transmission, software and IT services maintained a steady growth. Between January and September, the city's above-scale information transmission, software and information technology businesses achieved operating income of 6.86 billion yuan, essentially flat over the same period last year, and operating profit of 1.51 billion yuan, an increase of 2.4%.

Culture, sports and entertainment services improved profitability. From January to September, the city's above-scale cultural, sports and entertainment enterprises realized revenue of 2.25 billion yuan, an increase of 15.4%, and an growth of operating margin by 19.4%.
