On October 30th, Premier Li Keqiang received German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Anhui and together attended the Round Table Meeting of the Sino-German Advisory Economic Committee held in Hefei. At the meeting, the cooperation program between KZA Design Group, Germany and China Design Group (CDG) introduced by Changzhou Science and Education Town’s Sino-German Innovation Park was signed under the witness of Premier Li and Chancellor Merkel. The Sino-German Innovation Park is an international cooperation project signed in in the framework of EU-China urbanization partnership between Changzhou and Essen in November 2013, with Changzhou Science and Education Town as the basis. The cooperation between CDG and KZA has been included in the Changzhou-Essen friendship-city cooperation framework. The two sides will carry out cooperation in areas of urban planning and design, sponges cities, green building, hub station design, urban landscape design, etc.
