The city immediately activated the contingency plan and made the anti-snowstorm deployment of "Ensure smooth traffic, guarantee safety and protect greening.� On February 19, the leadership of Changzhou, including Yan Li, Yao Xiaodong, Dai Yuan, Han Jiuyun, Cai Jun, Shang Jianrong and Shi Zhijun, together with other senior officials like Secretary-General Xu Xinmin, specially paid a visit to the Municipal Emergency Command Hall, checked the situation after snow through the video, and gave important instructions on the anti-snow work, requiring departments at all levels to act quickly and work hard on cleaning the snow, so as to ensure safe and smooth traffic.
