On the morning of June 21, the “Smart Energy� Summit of the 2019 World Industrial and Energy Internet Expo co-hosted by Wujin District People’s Government and Wanbang New Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd. was held in Wujin, Changzhou. Han Yingwei, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and professor of Tsinghua University, and city leaders Cao Jiazhong and Li Lin attended the forum and delivered speeches.

The “Smart Energy� Summit focused on improving new energy resources scheduling, Internet applications, enterprise energy efficiency and management and the future trends.

Based on energy resources and facilities, Smart Energy integrates advanced information and communication technologies, intelligent control and optimization technologies with modern energy supply, storage, transportation and consumption technologies. It is digital, automated, informative, interactive and intelligent with accurate calculation, extensive interaction, self-discipline control and other functions to achieve energy optimization and wide-area coordination.

At the forum, a total of 10 “Industrial Internet� investment projects were signed with a total investment of 5.489 billion yuan. They are: WIZ New Energy Vehicle Charging Solutions, CZEZ Intelligent Motor R&D and Manufacturing Center, WIZ German Sensor Project, CZEZ Precision Motor Project, West Taihu Intelligent Control System R&D and Industrialization Project, WIZ Industry Service Software Project, WIZ Engine Testing and Calibration Project, WIZ Intelligent Truck Logistics Platform R&D Project, CZEZ Smart Health Project, CZEZ Online Monitoring System R&D Project.
