On the afternoon of April 9th, it was learnt from the Media Briefing of Tianning Pagoda Cultural Construction & Changzhou Buddhist Cultural Festival that Tianning Pagoda will hold its 5th Anniversary Celebration at the end of April or the beginning of May. By then, the mysterious 13th floor will finally be opened. In preparation for the ceremony, from April 28th to May 28th,Tianning pagoda will hold a Changzhou Buddhist Cultural Festival for the citizens to pray for grace and blessings.
