On the morning of January 8, the new project of CSP Victall (Tangshan) Structural Composites Co., Ltd. was officially signed into the Wujin National High-Tech Zone (WIZ). The total investment of the project is 500 million yuan, which will be devoted to the research and development of lightweight body panels. CSP Victall is a joint venture between Continental Structural Plastics and Qingdao Victall Railway Co., Ltd., established in 2015, focusing on automotive lightweight solutions for construction machinery, trucks, buses and cars. The main customers include GM, Ford, Daimler, BMW, SAIC, GAC, Geely, Great Wall Motor, BYD, and some other well-known enterprises. In order to better serve the automobile manufacturers in East China, CSP Victall (Tangshan) Structural Composites Co., Ltd. decided to build a new production base in WIZ. The project covers an area of 86 mu (about 5.73 hectares), with a total investment of 500 million yuan. It will specialize in the production of lightweight body panels and high-strength structural components for passenger cars, as well as lightweight products like new energy vehicle motors. The products will be mainly supplied to automobile manufacturers such as Geely Automobile, SAIC and GAC Motor.
