On April 17, a strategic cooperation conference focusing on the negotiation of Shanxi University (SXU) and Jintan district government of Changzhou city convened at the university in Taiyuan.

Agreements were signed during the conference. Both sides aim to create opportunities in academic and scientific research, training and practice, and talent introduction.
