On May 11, the Administration Committee of the Changzhou Binjiang Economic Zone signed a strategic partnership with Jiangsu Environmental Protection Group.

Jiangsu Environmental Protection Group, which plays a crucial role in the implementation of several major environmental infrastructure projects, is a large-scale strategic group established with the approval of the provincial Party committee and the provincial government.

Under the partnership agreement, the Group will fully leverage its resources to improve the environmental governance in the chemical industry park. By carrying out soil remediation, and optimizing the allocation of thermal resources, it will contribute its part to improving the environment of the Economic Zone, thus building Changzhou into a demonstration city in the green development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
