On the afternoon of July 26th, the Conference of Advancing Enterprise Deliberative Democracy in Jiangsu Province was held Changzhou. Wang Aiping, vice chairman of Jiangsu Federation of Trade Unions, and Xu Weinan, member of the Party Committee of Changzhou Municipal People's Congress and chairman of Changzhou Federation of Trade Unions, attended the conference.

During the period of 13th Five-Year Plan, Changzhou Federation of Trade Unions will publish the 10-, 100- and 1,000-Year Plans for the implementation of demonstration workers congress, in order to study the differentiated operation systems of workers congress and promote the integration of the Internet and company affairs. Changzhou will also carry out monthly and annual activities to promote the establishment of harmonious companies and advance enterprise deliberative democracy.
