Recently, it was learned from Jintan that Jiangsu Baoneng New Building Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiangsu Baoneng) has successfully produced the first sludge detrasher in China after a year of research and development, and numerous tests. The equipment can treat more than 1,000 cubic meters of sludge a day, after which the sludge can be used to produce high-quality ceramic tiles.

Jiangsu Baoneng is currently the largest sludge recycling company in China. Every year, it uses hundreds of thousands of cubic meters of mud excavated from the Changdang Lake to produce ceramic tiles. However, there are lots of debris like snails and mussels in lake sludge, due to which it is hard to produce high-quality brick. To solve this problem, the company started cooperation with relevant research institutes last year for research and development of sludge detrasher.
