Wujin launches key water conservancy projects with total investment of 2 billion

Recently, Wujin District has commenced construction of a number of key water conservancy projects, with a total investment of over 2 billion yuan.

Among them, the Yongan River regulation project, as an important part of the program of new Xingou and Menghe Rivers, with a total investment of 1.6 billion yuan, is expected to extend 19.8 km for the construction of Mahang Pumping Station and the bridges along the watercourse.

The south Canal sluice flood control project for the central area is located in the interchange of the south canal in Niutang Town and the canal in Wuyi, which is the first step of the entire flood control project. It has a total investment of about 25 million yuan, and is designed according to the standard of 50-year flood control.

In the south of Jiashan Mount in Xueyan Town is the sludge incineration project, which covers 12 mu (about 0.8 hectares), with an estimated investment of more than 73 million yuan. The construction scale is 200 tons / day, using fluidized bed incineration process, and is scheduled to be completed and put into operation late next year.
