On March 25 and 26, a delegation from China-Israel Changzhou Innovation Park (CICP) visited the Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE) and China Machinery Industry Federation (CMIF). On the visit to CIE, the delegation had in-depth communication with the institute’s staff in terms of industrial cooperation, talent cultivation, and resource sharing. It is hoped that a new cooperation mechanism will be put in place to empower the transformation of traditional industries on the regional level. During the visit to CMIF, the two sides discussed the industrial development of Wujin District, Changzhou, and the robotics industry in particular. CMIF’s vice chairman Song Xiaogang commented that Wujin’s robotics industry will grow exponentially as an increasing number of high-tech businesses are gathering in the district. He stated that CMIF looks forward to future cooperation with CICP in terms of the development of industrial parks, intelligent factories, industry-oriented education, and international programs.
