On the morning of March 25, Yang Fen, vice mayor of Changzhou, led a delegation to the Embassy of Israel in Beijing and held talks with Irit Ben-Abba, Israel’s ambassador to China. Maizy Eliash Filkovsky, head of the Embassy’s Economic and Innovation Department, Yair Albin, head of the Embassy’s Trade and Investment Mission, Dai Yadong, vice director of Changzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, Sima Shuanglong, vice director of Changzhou Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, and Li Lei, vice mayor of Wujin District and director of China-Israel Changzhou Innovation Park (CICP), were present at the meeting. Irit Ben-Abba praised CICP’s tremendous development and expressed the hope to strengthen exchanges with Changzhou for pragmatic cooperation. She also hoped that CICP will continue to provide premium services and more support for Israeli investors. Yang Fen remarked that Changzhou is committed to developing CICP and enhancing cooperation with Israel in finance, technology, and people-to-people exchanges. She gave Irit Ben-Abba an invitation letter on behalf of Changzhou’s mayor Chen Jinhu, inviting her to visit the city at her convenience.
