From October 19 to 20, a government delegation of Huludao city, Liaoning province visited Changzhou.

Party chief of Changzhou Chen Jinhu met with Party chief of Huludao Wang Danan and his delegation on the afternoon of October 19.

Chen Jinhu said that during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, Changzhou will grow towards an international start city of intelligent manufacturing and a pivotal hub in the Yangtze River Delta region.

This will bring about the great potential for extensive cooperation and exchanges between Changzhou and Huludao, said Chen.

Changzhou will thoroughly implement the guiding principles of President Xi Jinping鈥檚 important speeches and Jiangsu province鈥檚 strategic plan for pairing assistance and cooperation, he said.

He looked forward to cooperating with Huludao extensively in supply chains, service platforms, tourism programs, talent exchanges, and many other areas.

Wang Danan expressed gratitude to Changzhou鈥檚 long-term support and assistance, stating that Huludao will thoroughly implement the guiding principles of President Xi Jinping鈥檚 speeches on revitalizing Liaoning province.

Changzhou鈥檚 concepts and practices in economic and political development are inspiring, said Wang.

He looked forward to furthering the cross-regional administrative management and economic cooperation with Changzhou for coordinated and win-win development.

Beginning from 2017, Changzhou and Huludao have paired for cooperation in innovation and entrepreneurship programs.

During their stay in Changzhou, the delegates visited the Government Affairs Service Center of Jiangsu Changzhou Economic Development Zone, Changzhou Rail Transit Innovation Center, NR Electric Power Electronics Co., Ltd., China-Israel Changzhou Innovation Park, Changzhou Wujin Wuyang Textile Machinery Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Hengli Hydraulic Co., Ltd., and Wanbang Digital Energy (Star Charge).

City leaders Li Lin, Fang Guoqiang, and Chen Zhengchun attended relevant activities.
