On the morning of 21st, the opening ceremony of 2012 Changzhou (Dragon City) Tourism Festival was held in "Canal 5" plaza. Yao Xiaodong, Mayor of Changzhou, and Yuan Ding, the deputy director of Jiangsu Tourism Bureau attended the ceremony and delivered the speeches.
