China Technology Exchange Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology recently signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Changzhou Science and Technology Bureau. Changzhou International Talents Association and Sino-Israel Science and Technology Cooperation Center were successively established.
　　After the establishment of Sino-Israel Science and Technology Cooperation Center, Changzhou will cooperate with Israel in the fields of agriculture, biomedicine, communications, IT, semiconductors, software and venture capital. And Changzhou International Talents Association is Changzhou��s new attempt in exploring international science and technology cooperation works. So far, the association has attracted more than 150 international talents engaged in science and technology, finance, intermediary, and other major scientific and technological innovation industries.
