On August 22^nd, the inaugural meeting of the Hefei Chamber of Commerce in Changzhou was held in Wanda Sheraton Hotel. The entrepreneurs whose native place is Hefei and the city leaders of Hefei and Changzhou as well as more than 400 members of other chambers of commerce attended the meeting.

In recent years, Hefei and Changzhou have witnessed increasingly active economic and trade exchanges, frequent high-level visits and expanding cooperation scopes. According to statistics, more than 600,000 people in Anhui province are working or doing business in Changzhou, of which nearly 200,000 people come from Hefei. Currently, more than 300 companies in Changzhou are run by Hefei entrepreneurs, with a total investment of over 20 billion yuan, covering fields of infrastructure investment and construction, real estate, commerce, equipment manufacturing, food and beverage, health care, building materials and hardware, etc.
