In order to speed up the development of service industry and promote economic restructuring, Changzhou Municipal People’s Government has initiated a special fund for the development of service industry. In 2011 and 2012, 40 million yuan annually have been been allocated on a total of 115 projects; while logistics, tourism and technology sectors have received the highest funding.
