According to the officially released information from the Jiangsu Provincial Health Commission, on February 10, Jiangsu had 23 newly confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus pneumonia (NCP), of which six were in Nanjing, four were in Wuxi, three were in Xuzhou, three were in Suzhou, two were in Nantong, two were in Lianyungang and three were in Taizhou. 12 additional patients have fully recovered and were discharged from the hospital.

Among the newly confirmed cases, the oldest patient was 76, and the youngest was nine months old. All of them are currently receiving treatment in designated hospitals and are in stable physical condition.

As of February 10, a total of 515 confirmed cases have been reported in Jiangsu, of which 31 cases were confirmed in Changzhou. As of this update, a total of six patients in Changzhou diagnosed with the NCP have recovered and were subsequently discharged from the hospital.

Experts urge people to stay at home and avoid public situations. Do not use public transportation if possible. Private car drivers are encouraged to open windows for ventilation. Wear a mask if you have to go out, and clean and disinfect your hands often.
