In 2013, Changzhou will keep promoting the construction of affordable housing programs, of which the Qing Yun Ya Yuan is a newly commenced project.

Qing Yun Ya Yuan is located at the east side of Qingyang Road and the south side of Longcheng Boulevard, covering an area of 118,500 square meters, mainly used for public-rent and low-rent housing, with a total of 1,751 sets. This program is expected to be completed in April 2014. The total investment is about 555 million yuan.

In addition, this year, Changzhou will continue the construction of Jin An Jia Yuan, Jin Run Jia Yuan, and Gan Lin Xiao Qu, which take an overall area of 270,000 square meters, with a total of 4,000 sets.
