On October 10th, Mr. Du Wenping, Deputy Director of Changzhou Foreign Affairs Office and Vice President of Changzhou People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, and Dr. Huang Shenping, Secretary General of France Economic and Culture Exchange Center, signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Friendly Exchanges and Cooperation between France Economic and Culture Exchange Center and Changzhou People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries at the city administration center.
