On June 20, the 9th Yinfeng Project (Changzhou) Talent Fair was held at Changzhou University. Han Jiuyun, member of the Standing Committee of CPC Changzhou Municipal Committee and director of the Municipal United Front Work Department of CPC, attended the event and delivered a speech.

The "Yinfeng Project" is a non-profit event organized by the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the China Zhigong Party, which serves as a platform for high-level overseas students to return to China for innovation and entrepreneurship. The Changzhou Municipal Committee of the China Zhigong Party has actively participated in the project since 2014. Over the past four years, over 90 overseas talent with doctoral or higher degrees have signed letters of intent with employers in Changzhou. Among them, Dr. Liang Xin from Harvard University has signed three national projects and was selected as a candidate of provincial-level talent programs such as Distinguished Professor of Jiangsu, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Talent of Jiangsu, and Six Talent Peaks of Jiangsu.

The event provided over 600 job opportunities. More than 70 overseas Chinese talent with doctoral or higher degrees exchanged ideas with the participating employers such as Changzhou University, Jiangsu University of Technology, and Changzhou Institute of Technology.
