On December 4, the China-Israel innovation cooperation meeting as well as the press conference on the Development Strategy Report of China-Israel Changzhou Innovation Park was held in Wujin, Changzhou. More than 100 representatives from universities, research institutes, governmental departments and agencies participated in the event.

To strengthen bilateral partnership in innovation, the National Center for Science and Technology Evaluation organized the assessments for implementing the China-Israel Innovation Cooperation Action Plan, with a report about the development updates in 2018 and 2019 published during the meeting, which will help China’s industrial parks and agencies to keep informed about the innovation progress between the two countries.

The Development Strategy Report of China-Israel Changzhou Innovation Park has called for both sides to focus on frontier fields such as brain science, artificial intelligence, quantum technology, nanotechnology, new materials and renewable energy, increase support to large, flagship projects, and develop a high-level platform for technology innovation.
