On October 14th, the Netherlands/Tilburg Promotion Seminar was held at Howard Johnson Kaina Plaza Changzhou. Mr. Fang Guoqiang, Vice Mayor of Changzhou, and Mr. Erik de Ridder, Vice Mayor of Tilburg, delivered a speech each.

Tilburg delegation mainly introduced its industries of aviation, logistics, machinery, electronics and light industry in the seminar. During their stay in Changzhou, the delegation is about to sign the Sino-Dutch Aviation Industry Cooperative Agreement with Changzhou Aviation Industrial Park. Through the cooperation on developing Sino-Dutch Aviation Industrial Park, both sides will organize exchange activities such as trade fair, product exhibition and scientific seminar, and will explore potential investment projects regarding cooperation on aviation manufacturing and aviation services.

Tilburg is the 6th largest city of the Netherlands, and is also an important gateway city to enter Europe. It established sister-city relationship with Changzhou in 1997.
