On the afternoon of July 4, deputy mayor Liang Yibo met with the delegation headed by Park Yeong-gyu, chairman of South Korean Auto Parts Suppliers (China) Association, at the Administration Center. The South Korean auto parts business delegation visited Changzhou this time mainly to investigate the investment environment and promote the cooperation in the automotive industry. During the meeting, the two sides believed that Changzhou and South Korea have broad prospects for cooperation in the automotive industry, especially in the sector of new energy automobiles, and hoped to deepen understanding and seek win-win cooperation. The South Korean Auto Parts Suppliers (China) Association has more than 2,000 member companies and serves as a bridge for South Korean auto parts suppliers to enter the Chinese market.
