On June 17, it was learned that China Railway Construction Electrification Bureau Group Rail Transportation Equipment Co., Ltd. has passed the Technical Specification for Interoperability (TSI) certification. The company is a subsidiary of China Railway Construction Electrification Bureau Group (CRC), which was settled in Wujin, Changzhou in 2008. Over the years, it has been specializing in electrified rail network equipment, parts and components and urban rail transit equipment for many years. Now it has realized completely independent manufacturing technology with its products successfully applied to the Beijing-Kowloon Railway, Harbin-Dalian High-speed Railway, Beijing-Zhangjiakou Intercity Railway, Beijing-Xiongan Intercity Railway and many other routes. The Technical Specification for Interoperability (TSI) are specifications drafted by the European Railway Agency and adopted in a Decision by the European Commission, to ensure the interoperability of the trans-European rail system. These requirements include safety, reliability and availability, health, environmental protection and technical compatibility along with others specific to certain subsystems. The interoperability issues apply to the lines within the Trans-European Rail network.
