According to the data released by the Changzhou Survey Team of the National Bureau of Statistics, in 2015, the per capita disposable income of residents in Changzhou reached 35,379 yuan, an increase of 2,717 yuan, up 8.3%. The per capita disposable income of urban permanent residents was 42,710 yuan, an increase of 8.2%; and the per capita disposable income of rural permanent residents was 21,914 yuan, an increase of 8.8%. The income of rural residents continues to outpace the growth rate of urban residents income. Household income is a measure of the combined incomes of all people sharing a particular household or place of residence. It mainly includes four forms of income, namely, salaries and wages, net operating income (NOI), net income from assets, and near cash government transfers. Wherein: salaries and wages reached 21,780 yuan, an increase of 1,629 yuan, up 8.1%, contributing 60.0% to the growth of per capita household income (OECD); the NOI made 5,799 yuan, an increase of 478 yuan, up 9.0%, contributing 17.6% to the growth of OECD; net income from assets achieved 2,591 yuan, an increase of 186 yuan, up 7.7%, contributing 6.8% to the growth of OECD; and near cash government transfers reached 5,210 yuan, an increase of 425 yuan, up 8.9%, contributing 15.6% to the growth of OECD.
