Starting from this year, Changzhou will hold regularly the English training program for young and middle-aged cadres. The opening ceremony of the first training session was held on May 11th. It was learnt that some department-chief-level cadres and outstanding young cadres will be organized to attend English training courses and take the test for overseas training opportunities arranged by the State Foreign Experts Bureau. All participants will take basic courses of English listening, speaking, reading and writing at the Municipal Party School, after which they will receive intensive training and take the exam in Southeast University.
