On the 5th of August, it was learned that the Neighborhood Centre of Qinglongyuan community in Tianning Economic Development Zone will start construction lately. This Centre, invested by Changzhou Hongyu Real Estate Development Co,. Ltd., will be the first neighborhood centre in Changzhou.

The plan to construct the Qinglong Neighborhood Centre will change the way of living of the residents in Qinglong, thence they will not have to go downtown for shopping or entertainment. The completion of the Centre will also realize a people-oriented community system that meets the residents� demands of social communication and public activities. Meanwhile, Qinglongyuan will become a mini satellite town that connects with the CBD in complementary coexistence.
