On May 20, Xitaihu Lake International Community, the first community for international talents in Changzhou, was officially launched in Wujin District. Ten institutes, including CCIFC and Changzhou Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment, signed agreements with the international community. Deputy Mayor Yang Fen attended the event.

Xitaihu International Community is located in the Moon Bay, the core area of the Xitaihu Sci-Tech Park. It will offer services in accommodation and innovation to entrepreneurs, investors, business clients and high-level foreign talents.

The 50 apartments in Phase 1, each with an area of 52-58 �? are located in Building 6. The monthly rent ranges from 2500 to 3500 RMB. Another 170 apartments, on Floor 4-12 in the Renaissance Hotel, will be put into trial service in May next year.
