Recently, the White Paper: Changzhou’s Intellectual Property Development and Conservation Status 2012 was recently released. Vice Mayor Mr. Wang Chengbin attended the activity of the World Intellectual Property Day and delivered a speech.

Last year, Changzhou’s patent applications reached 39,391 pieces, up 68.24%, the increase of which ranked the third in Jiangsu Province. Among them, the invention patent applications made 10,123 pieces, an increase of 65.19%.

Currently, Changzhou has four Provincial Demonstration Areas of Intellectual Property Strategy and five Provincial Pilot Parks of Intellectual Property Strategy.
