On July 6, Jiangsu announced the ninth batch of 94 most characteristic villages across the province. Six villages in Changzhou made their way to the latest list. They are:

Caiqi of Fengbei, Zhenglu, Tianning (district); Niutoushan and Shutougang of Longfeng, Shangxing, Liyang (county-level city); Hujia of Jinshan, Shezhu, Liyang; Xitang of Jiangxia, Zhuze, Liyang; and Baijiatang of Guxian, Liyang.

Following the nation鈥檚 rural revitalization strategy and the city鈥檚 鈥?32鈥 development goals, Changzhou has been promoting the living environment by giving full play to its beautiful countryside and canal-town features.
