On the afternoon of September 20th, Party Secretary Yan Li met with the delegation headed by Ambassador Matan Vilnai, serving as Ambassador of Israel to China since 2012. Yan Li highlighted the latest developments in the China-Israel Changzhou Innovation Park, hoping this platform will help launch more Israeli high-tech achievements in Changzhou. Meanwhile, Changzhou will encourage more local businesses to cooperate with Israeli companies to expand the international market. Matan Vilnai said that next year is the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Israel, and the Israeli government will use this opportunity to further promote the development of China-Israel Changzhou Innovation Park. Currently, the Park has signed 13 Israeli projects, with another 40 contracts under negotiation. Up to now, the park has gathered more than 50 joint ventures, involving medical devices, new materials, agriculture and other areas. In the afternoon, Matan Vilnai and his delegation visited the Park’s Israeli companies and had a meeting with the entrepreneur representatives.
