On the morning of May 20, the 2016 China (Changzhou) West Taihu Cross-border E-commerce Suppliers†Forum was held in Wujin, Changzhou. More than 800 guests from different sectors participated in the forum to discuss the future development of the e-commerce suppliers and studied countermeasures for enterprises under the new policy of cross-border e-commerce. Vice Mayor Fang Guoqiang attended the forum. In the Forum, 12 cross-border e-commerce suppliers including Jiangsu Temei Information Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Shangke Information Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Haowan International Information Technology Co., Ltd., and so on, signed contracts to settle in the West Taihu Lake Industrial Park of Cross-border E-commerce Businesses. In recent years, Changzhou West Taihu Lake Science and Technology Industrial Zone (WEZ) has actively seized the Internet and online business opportunities and made great efforts to foster the Internet industry with a focus on e-commerce. Established in 2011, the West Taihu Lake Internet Industrial Park has gathered a number of influential companies in the industry. Up to now, there are over 100 Internet companies in the park, making the park the most densely Internet business cluster in Changzhou. The newly established West Taihu Lake Industrial Park of Cross-border E-commerce Businesses has settled 25 well-known cross-border e-commerce enterprises, becoming a new growth point of the West Taihu Lake Internet Industrial Park.
