| On August 21, Changzhou Industrial Parks (Shanghai) Promotion Seminar 2013 was held in Shanghai to promote the city environment, leading industries and government service concept of Changzhou, and look for win-win cooperation with Shanghai and the foreign companies or institutions there. Vice mayor Fang Guoqiang attended the Seminar and delivered a speech.
