On the first half of year, the completion rate of the key projects of Changzhou’s “Ecological Civilization in Action� Program 2013 has reached 46.3%. Our target projects, such as National Ecological Demonstration City, Blue-Sky Program, Clean-Water Program, pollutant emission reduction, and so on, are in smooth progress.

Fei Gaoyun, Deputy Party Secretary and Acting Mayor of Changzhou, specifically states three key aspects of current work: First, we must pay close attention to projects construction; second, we must strengthen supervision and law enforcement; and third, we must improve the coordinative management mechanism.
