Font:〖L M S

As one pilot city across the province, from January this year, credit assessment will be applied in construction project bidding rather than the original technology and price assessment structure.
Implemented from January this year, Changzhou Construction Projects Bidding Enforcement Regulation proposes to apply credit assessment for construction enterprises, including basic credit assessment, comprehensive assessment and routine assessment. The assessment is vey specific, including the quantity of undertaking projects, social and industry rewards and punishments, bidding, contract compliance, project cost management, project file management, and construction site practices.
It is learned that all the local and outside construction enterprises owning construction contractor qualifications and sub-contractor qualifications, which are engaged in construction projects, pipe and equipment installation projects and decoration projects in Changzhou area, should participate in credit assessment.
