Smart Community is one of the major pilot projects of the construction scheme of the Smart City of Changzhou. It is based on digital television networks and intelligent terminals, coupled with the technologies such as Internet of Things, cloud computing, and so on, providing residents in the community with a safe and convenient living space.

Smart Community is divided into three platforms, respectively functioned for public services, intelligent public services, and network services. It was learned that up to this month, Jiangsu Broadcasting Cable Information Network Corporation Limited Changzhou Branch has completed the construction of 77 Smart Communities, covering more than 150,000 subscribers. This year, Smart Community will be popularized among 100 communities, with 200,000 users.
