On April 15, Mr. Zhou Changzhong, deputy director of Changzhou Municipal Foreign Affairs Office headed the staff of the Division of Hong Kong and Macao Affairs to visit the Hangzhou Office of Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM).

In the meeting with Wei Yanrong, manager of the Hangzhou Office of IPIM, Zhou introduced the Macao enterprises making investment in Changzhou and the process of cooperation projects between Macao and Changzhou, as well as the city’s experience in participating the Jiangsu–Macau·Portuguese-Speaking Countries Business Forum based on the Macao International Trade And Investment Fair (MIF) for many years. In addition, Zhou briefed the city’s priority programs regarding cooperation with Macao in 2014. Wei expressed thanks to the constant support of Changzhou and said that the Hangzhou Office of IPIM will actively support further cooperation between Changzhou and Macao by organizing Macao entrepreneurs to visit Changzhou.
