On March 28, Jintan’s 18 industrial projects were commenced all together, with a total investment of 1.92 billion yuan, including 10 programs each with investment of 100 million or above.

Since August 2013, the Jincheng Town of Jintan has newly planned an industrial cluster of eight square kilometers and has introduced 34 industrial projects with a total investment of 4.288 billion yuan. 16 projects of them have already been started in 2013.

For ‘The Year of Making Big Progress in Major Projects,� Jintan has scheduled 269 key projects for 2014, with a total investment of 28.286 billion yuan. More than half of the city's new projects have been started in the first quarter.
