A sub-session of the 9th Yangtze River Delta (Changzhou) Hundred-College and Hundred-Enterprise Talent Exchange Forum was held in Wujin district on July 19.

Su Chunhai, vice secretary of the Education Work Committee of the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee, Gu Chao, vice director of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Ji Peidong, director of the Organization Department of the CPC Changzhou Municipal Committee, and Li Lin, vice mayor of Changzhou and Party secretary of Wujin, together initiated the Yangtze River Delta (Changzhou) Hundred-College and Hundred-Enterprise Talent Cooperation Alliance.

At the event, several participating universities and companies signed agreements on talent cultivation through college-enterprise cooperation.

Jiangsu Vocational College of Electronics Information signed a talent cooperation agreement with Kuangda Technology Group Co., Ltd.

Hubei Talent Market Co., Ltd. signed a high-level talent cooperation agreement with the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Wujin District.

Nanjing University signed an agreement with the Organization Department of the CPC Wujin District Committee to establish an internship base for college students. Since 2019, Wujin district has offered 24 intern positions for students of Nanjing University.

In addition, Jiangsu Counseling Service Center for College Admissions and Employment Guidance signed an agreement with Wujin District People’s Government to host the Jiangsu College Student Career Planning Competition together.

Participants of the event also visited Jiangsu (Wujin) Skilled Talent Industrial Park, and some of the district’s major industrial parks and enterprises.
