On July 23^rd, the 2015 China Women's Philanthropy Forum - Poverty Alleviation and Entrepreneurship of Women in the New Normal was held in Changzhou. This event was co-organized by China Women's Development Foundation (CWDF), the Development Department of All-China Women's Federation (ACWF), Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the National League for Democracy (NLD), Women’s Federation of Jiangsu Province, Changzhou Municipal Committee of CPC and China Philanthropy Research Institute.

Zhang Meiying, vice chairwoman of the 11^thCPPCC National Committee and the first vice chairwoman of the NLD, Huang Qingyi, director of the CWDF, Cao Qizhen, deputy director of Macao Basic Law Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) and president of Macao Tong Chai Charity Association, and Cao Weixing, vice governor of Jiangsu, attended the forum and delivered speeches. City leaders Fei Gaoyun, Xu Guanghui and Ju Liqin also attended the forum.
